Cos'è Glutamiltransferasi?
La gamma-glutamil transferasi o transpeptidasi o GGT è un enzima che catalizza il trasferimento di un gruppo glutammico tra peptidi ed aminoacidi ed è coinvolto nel trasferimento di aminoacidi attraverso le membrane cellulari.
